You’ll be part of a team setting up a clear, easy-to-use quality framework for everything we do in Marketing Cloud. Thanks to you, customers will enjoy seamless, error-free experiences every time they interact with us.
Marketing Cloud team focused on Marketing Cloud journey has 8 team members and 3 of them are in the Czech Republic so you could meet them more often. We have Developers, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Solution Architect and Product Owner role in the team.
The tasks you will perform
Run functional, regression and integration tests on campaigns, journeys, APIs, SQLs, AMPscript and SSJS
Turn requirements and tech designs into smart test plans and cases in Azure DevOps
Stay on top of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Mobile Studio features
Log and track bugs, dig into root causes and suggest fixes
Keep an eye on key QA metrics like defect counts and SLA times
Explore tools like Postman, Litmus or Query Studio and share fresh QA best practices
The knowledge and experience you bring
2–5 years in QA, ISTQB a plus
Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agile teams
Comfortable in Azure DevOps and the Microsoft toolkit
Skilled at writing clear test plans and cases
Good English (B1+) and solid communication chops
Detail-oriented with a knack for analysis
