We are looking for: 
Salesforce Functional Analyst 

 

Salesforce Functional Analyst position is a part of the 1st Line Support Team.  The team in the Warsaw office is responsible for ongoing daily support for PwC Clients in area of Salesforce CRM and Risk.  

 

Your future role: 

  • Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce Users regionally in Central and Eastern Europe (L1S), 
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, 
  • Deliver documentation on how to use Salesforce Solution, 
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately, 
  • Monitor data quality, integrity and user adoption, 
  • Manage elevated access requests, 
  • Analyze integration issues and data flows 
  • Performs special assignments as requested. 

 

Apply if you have: 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce application, 
  • At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology, or related field, 
  • Experience in CRM, especially in business process or tools development, data migration, integration, 
  • Knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications very well, 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, 
  • Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates; ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests, 
  • Experience in data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication, 
  • Understanding relational databases and data integration tools, 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, 
  • Working independence, as well as part of a team; desire to interact with and help end users, 
  • Polish and English fluent. 

Nice to have: 

  • T-SQL experience / basic knowledge.
