About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS). This role is ideal for developers who thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to learn new technologies, and can leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications across the full stack
Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and external services
Work on API-led architecture and integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration platforms.
Build and implement intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce and full stack development
Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL)
Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
Experience working with APIs and integrations
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering — using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MuleSoft and API-led development
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude etc.) in development workflows
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II,Platform Administrator Certification, etc.)
