As a Salesforce Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions that meet our business objectives and drive transformative change.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Lead the evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions.
Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and training to team members.
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture principles and standards.
Participate in the development of roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem and enterprise architecture.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, data modeling, security, and scalability.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems.
Experience with third-party managed packages, API integration principles.
Experience using Lucid or Visio or another visualization tool.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and document technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and coaching team members.
