Role overview:
We are seeking a skilled candidate with expertise in Salesforce Data 360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our innovative Salesforce Audience & Activation team.
This role combines hands-on configuration, automation, and operational support with growing exposure to software engineering practices, enabling reliable audience ingestion, segmentation, and campaign activation.

While experience in both platforms is preferred, we welcome candidates proficient in one and eager to learn the other. This role offers an opportunity for growth by working across multiple platforms and enhancing your expertise in data-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver and support features, workflows, and operational tasks across Audience (SFDC) and Activation (SFMC) platforms.
Configure and maintain data ingestion, automation, and synchronization processes following established patterns.
Implement and support reusable patterns for audience segmentation, activation, and campaign execution.
Troubleshoot data, automation, and integration issues using operational runbooks and monitoring tools.
Contribute to API testing and simple integrations under guidance from Senior Engineers.
Work closely with CRM, Analytics, Product Teams, and Data Source teams to translate business requirements into technical designs,
Support L2/L3 BAU operations, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and stability improvements.
Design and execute test scenarios for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360, collaborating with teams to ensure coverage, validate components, test data flows, and ensure system reliability.
Understanding of how customer data supports marketing, segmentation, and activation use cases.
Awareness of data quality, identity resolution, and consent implications.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical implementation tasks.
Qualifications and skills:
Essential:
+ 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder & Automation Studio
Experience in design and implement Data 360 data models, including Data Streams, Data Bundles, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and Data Model Objects (DMOs)
Good understanding and experience in SSJS, AMPscript scripting,
Build and maintain data transformations, including Data Mapper, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights.
Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex data and activation issues
Optimize data ingestion performance with monitoring, validation, and exception handling processes
Maintain technical documentation and data dictionaries
Programming or scripting experience in of programing language (preferred Python, Node.js or Apex)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly QA / document your own work
Fluent English
Preferred:
Salesforce Data 360 Consultant and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or other Salesforce certificates will be advantage
Veeva CRM or Vault CRM knowledge is a plus
Experience with Azure services (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation (Git Actions)
Working knowledge of Scrum based Agile development
Demonstrable technical mindset and ability to thrive

Remuneration: 13 000 to 17 900 PLN gross/monthly, depending on the level of experience and competences.
