What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize Salesforce service cloud and Field Service using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Formulae, Page Layouts).
- Develop Apex classes/triggers and Lightning web components (LWC) under guidance. Bind them to backend data.
- Develop custom REST APIs and Callouts to external systems.
- Assist with data imports/exports, data cleansing, and data migration using Data Loader or similar tools.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design reviews, and sprint planning.
- Create LWC based pages on Experience cloud.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and unit tests; support deployment via change sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support end users.
- Collaborate with QA to test changes and ensure release quality.
• Provides impact analysis details for assigned work.
• Recommends and helps implement continuous process improvement.
• Trains / mentors less experienced team members.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
- Minimum 2 years working with Salesforce service cloud or associated modules.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform: Objects, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Flows.
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CLI in VS Code.
- Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) and basic SQL concepts.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Eagerness to learn Salesforce best practices and earn Salesforce certifications.
- Strong foundational knowledge on OOPs and JavaScript concepts .
Nice-to-have
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Platform Developer I certification (or in progress).
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs), middleware ( AzureIPaaS).
- Familiarity with Agent force agents.
