Job Summary

We are seeking a 5+ years experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Lightning, Apex, integrations, and cloud solutions, with the ability to lead development efforts, support production environments, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Solution Delivery

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Build and enhance user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Controllers, Test Methods, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, and approval processes to improve business efficiency.
  • Experience in Apex coding to implement the complex business logic within the Governor Limits enforced by Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Administration setup, Apex, LWC and experience with different SFDC development tools like Force.com, Eclipse IDE and integration tools like Informatica, Mulesoft.
  • Experience in writing test classes and test methods to ensure maximum code coverage in production instance.
  • Experience in integration of Salesforce.com applications with other applications with an emphasis of Web Services/XML.
  • Experience in working with Cloud Computing / Saas technologies.
  • Extensive experience in designing Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Pick List, Role based Page Layouts, Automation Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, Report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Custom Dynamic Pages, Record Types, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
  • Experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Custom Cloud, Chatter and App Exchange applications.
  • Having administration Config experience on CRM applications like data exports & imports, application support, security administration, CMC maintenance, and release management.
  • Experience in Designing and Building user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements and customization for an extensive, highly interactive cloud-based business application.
  • Designed and Developed/Published various Inbound/Outbound Web services to enable real time integrations.
  • Functional Expertise in Salesforce Automation (SFA), Marketing Automation and Case Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce setup menu, Configuration, Custom application Development, Administration, Data Migration and Deployment of applications to Force.com platform.
  • Experience in developing an integrated Quality Management system on Salesforce.com Platform.
  • Efficient in implementing Partner or Customer Communities modules for Salesforce.
  • Experience in Batch Apex and Schedule Apex Development.
  • Extensive Experience in data migration and integration using Data loader Utility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective troubleshooting mechanisms and highly adaptable to different work environments

Integrations & Architecture

  • Hands-on experience with Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges and ensure seamless data exchange with external systems.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for security, sharing models, and compliance.
  • Expertise in querying salesforce databases using SOQL & SOSL queries using Force.com Explorer.
  • Experience in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, and SOAP.
  • Have end to end knowledge on Agile Methodology, worked with Scrum Masters, IM PMs on requirements.
  • Strong Knowledge in implementing Design Patterns (Creational, Structural, Behavioral).

Deployment & Environment Management

  • Manage deployments and version control using Change Sets, GitHub, Bitbucket, Flexdeploy, VS Code, and ANT.
  • Coordinate and support regular release cycles, including deployment readiness reviews and stakeholder signoffs.
  • Provide technical leadership during production releases and post-deployment support.

Production Support & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead day-to-day production support activities for global user communities.
  • Act as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business and technical teams.
  • Analyzed Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Support business processes used by Salesforce.com and recommended ways to improve their processes.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC & Aura), Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Managed Packages.
  • Expertise in Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls.
  • Experience with CPQ, Sites, Communities, and Mobile Publisher are a plus.

Integration & Cloud Technologies

  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and integration patterns.
  • Exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based architecture is preferred.

Tools & Methodologies

  • Strong experience with version control and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Ability to manage modules or projects independently while mentoring junior developers.
