Responsibilities
Configure and build new or enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
Customize Salesforce applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, etc., while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.
Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the lifecycle to identify issues and defects.
Perform application maintenance and adhere to ITIL processes.
Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in Salesforce with strong English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
Exposure to Scrum/Agile product development.
Proficiency in APEX, VisualForce, LWC, and process automation using Flows and Triggers.
Declarative customization, including Flow, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
Experience migrating data to Salesforce using Data Loader and advanced SOQL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (OWDs, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
Experience developing for Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, and LWC.
Familiarity with common JavaScript frameworks.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
Knowledge of web services development using REST API.
