Job Description
As a Systems Analyst, Candidate should be at least 3+ years of experience in Manual testing, and handling a project end to end along with defect tracking. Candidate should be able to analyze, test and work along with Business team, Analysts, developers on complex initiatives. Candidate should be able to write test cases, scripts, Jira stories and break them down into milestones to achieve the complete project. Candidate should be able to probe on defects/bugs, communicate and drive them to closure. Candidate should work closely with Production support lead, understand the issues raised by different business groups and provides solutions accordingly. Candidate should have Salesforce background and also be able to do top/down communication with ease.Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce solutions.
Manage and resolve Salesforce incidents, providing day‑to‑day support to ensure smooth business operations.
Understanding and demonstrated experience working with web tools.
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytic skills; ability to understand complex systems and design communication around integration and interface points
Able to write test cases, scripts, Jira stories for a business need, get it approved from the Business, follow through with developers, get the timelines and act as a liaison between the Business and Developer
Proven experience in Software testing and quality assurance with a distinguished track record in testing complex software systems
Competent in all types of testing (Functional, Regression, Integration)
Capability to work with a multi-functional team of business owners, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
Knowledge of Quality management tools such as Jira.
Understanding of the QA process/ SDLC in waterfall, continuous delivery, and Agile environments is required.
Strong organizational skills: the ability to complete multiple tasks under time constraints and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, management, and business team members)
Work independently (full SDLC) with minimal supervision in a team environment
