Overview of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce & Certinia Administrator to play a critical role in supporting our sales team, managing our Salesforce platform, and optimising our use of Certinia for project management. This role blends technical administration with analytical reporting, requiring a strong understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to create impactful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce & Certinia Administration:

  • Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning of licenses.
  • Provide front-line technical support for Salesforce and Certinia issues (break-fix).
  • Perform configuration modifications as needed (Page layouts, validation rules, roles, profiles, groups, queues, escalation rules, email templates, etc..)
  • Maintain security settings and user roles.
  • Handle basic development tasks to reduce reliance on third-party consultants.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards for sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis for sales leadership and executives.
  • Extract data from Certinia to track project hours, bill rates, and other key metrics.
  • Support delivery managers with creation of billing events and reporting.

Project Management Support (Certinia):

  • Maintain project data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with project setup, resource allocation, and tracking.
  • Generate project-related reports for stakeholders.
  • Help streamline Certinia processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification and 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Admin
  • Strong Salesforce development skills: Flows, Process Builder, Apex (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce PSA).
  • Proven ability to create complex reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Understanding of sales operations and processes.
  • Data analysis and visualisation skills.
