Salary: £ 46,400.00 per annum DOE and location + fantastic benefits

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Sales Excellence team, focusing on maximising value from our Salesforce CRM and associated systems across UK Insurance (UKI) and Health Services. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting the delivery of commercial outcomes across a large and complex organisation.
About the Role
As part of the Sales Excellence team, you will work closely with Salesforce end users, sales teams, operational leaders and technical delivery teams to identify pain points, simplify processes, and enhance system capability. You’ll help shape, refine and deliver Salesforce features through Agile ceremonies, manage business readiness activities, and support continuous improvement across the platform.
You will influence stakeholders across Commercial (c.500 FTE) and wider business units, using strong diagnostic, analytical and problem‑solving skills to deliver improvements that create commercial value, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen compliance.
