The Sales Operations department is looking for a Salesforce AI Analyst & Prompt Engineer Trainee/Intern to join their team in Eden Prairie, MN!
Position Summary:
The Salesforce AI Analyst & Prompt Engineer Trainee/Intern has two primary focus desired outcomes for this internship. First will be to play a pivotal role representing our Sales and Sales Operations Teams, significantly contributing to cross collaboration efforts between sales team needs, marketing enablement, business operations and internal technology departments to help exponentially increase AI adoption by sales reps. This includes documenting and prioritizing the best cases for prompt engineering opportunities in Agentforce/Salesforce that will improve sales reps efficiency and effectiveness in customer collaboration or productivity in the field.
The secondary role is to help to build out the "Copilot Prompt Library and Data Resource Library" to ensure data accuracy for new prompts created based on what sales reps use today called, “The Source for Sales” as your main guide to digitizing sales reps materials into prompts and a gated data library for all approved sales or customer facing materials.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
Leverage your current prompt building development skills to help our internal sales operations team and our internal Cambria cross functional AI Strike team suggest, prioritize, build and adopt the best use case scenarios that benefit our sales team adopt and use our Agents. This will be achieved through Sales Use Case Discovery: Interviews with top-performing reps and sales leaders to identify manual tasks that can be automated via generative AI.
Copilot Prompt Library: Research, test, and build a standardized library of AI prompts (in either Agentforce, Slack or our Google Suite workflows that can be connected to our SF instances). Examples could include creating prompt suggestions to help reps answer reporting questions quickly, draft follow-up emails or quickly research prospects with a few clicks of a button.
Data Validation for AI: Perform deep-dive data audits to ensure CRM records are "AI-ready"—focusing on cleaning the specific fields that feed into AI models to prevent "garbage in, garbage out."
AI Training & Documentation: Create "How-To" guides and short videos showing the sales team how to use the prompt library to save 5+ hours per week to increase adoption and awareness of how sales can leverage AI to improve efficiency in the field.

A personable and curious individual who understands that the sales team's most valuable resource is time so interviews must be well prepared, focused and consistent to achieve scale quickly over the internship.
