Position Overview:

This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone earlier in their Salesforce career who enjoys working hands-on with automation, data quality, and user support. The role centers on maintaining and improving existing configurations rather than designing complex architectures from scratch. Net-new complex process designs or implementations will be co-designed with the broader team, and this role will be responsible for implementing and testing under guidance.

Required Experience:

  • 0–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience OR strong Trailhead portfolio demonstrating practical knowledge.
  • Completion of relevant Trailhead modules and/or Superbadges (Flows, Admin Beginner/Intermediate, Data Management, etc.)
  • Practical understanding of:
    • Flows (Screen, Record Triggered, Scheduled)
    • Validation Rules
    • Lightning Record Pages and Page Layouts
  • Comfortable working in orgs with existing automation and business rules
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin I) or currently working toward it is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to carefully test changes before deployment
  • Ability to follow established processes, patterns, and guidelines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in a remote environment
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn from feedback and iteration
  • Strong written and spoken English

Competencies

  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and multitask day-to-day operational activities
  • Exceptional skills in problem-solving and identifying solutions
  • Agile, responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and operationally focused
  • Ability to work well in groups in a remote environment

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Support

  • Support general Salesforce administration activities, configuration changes, and support new development initiatives
    • Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Develop systems to continuously validate that rules, flows, and sales processes are working properly
  • Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, permissions, and sharing rules
  • Enhance Salesforce data quality through automation and rules, and the meticulous management of raw data
  • Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer
  • Manage the Salesforce sandbox environment and maintain clear change management (testing and documented approvals within JIRA) before deploying changes to production
  • Provide ongoing end-user and key stakeholder training and documentation, including ad-hoc Salesforce support across the organization
  • Support Salesforce-related needs of integrated applications, including but not limited to Sigma, Crossbeam, HubSpot, Gong, and ZoomInfo

Data Maintenance

  • Cleanse and modify data that’s inaccurate, duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Verify that data is updated, useful, accurate, and reliable to maintain a high, consistent standard of data quality
  • Develop and implement operational data management processes for recurring and ad hoc data-related tasks
  • Monitor the quality of data by tracking key performance indicators to prevent or proactively resolve data issues (i.e., know our data)

Location & Time Zone Expectations

This role is based in LATAM and operates primarily with 5–6 hours of daily working time overlap with U.S. Central Time.

  • While we welcome applicants from across LATAM, we are especially prioritizing candidates currently based in Uruguay and Brazil for this role.
  • We are a remote-first company, and you should be comfortable working with a distributed global team.
  • Some flexibility may be required to collaborate across time zones with colleagues and clients.
  • Client needs may occasionally require flexibility in working hours to support key milestones or workshops.
