This hybrid role combines business process analysis with hands-on Salesforce administration, helping translate business needs into scalable solutions, maintain data quality, and empower end users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys both process design and technical configuration—and can serve as the connective tissue between business teams and the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and future‑state process maps.
  • Analyze current vs. desired processes in Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management, Renewals, and supporting areas.
  • Recommend scalable, declarative-first Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage configuration including flows, validation rules, assignment rules, duplicate rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and metadata updates.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and usability for Sales and leadership.
  • Maintain effective governance of fields, objects, automation, and security model.
  • Oversee UAT cycles, create test scripts, and coordinate release deployment with admins/developers.

Data Quality & Stewardship

  • Monitor and improve data hygiene for cleanup and standardization.
  • Manage duplicate detection and resolution, data completeness checks, and enrichment workflows.
  • Support territory alignment, account hierarchies, and data governance documentation.

User Enablement & Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce questions, troubleshooting, and system guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions, produce enablement materials (guides, videos, FAQs), and drive adoption.
  • Monitor usage metrics and identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve user experience.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, IT, and leadership.
  • Maintain project documentation including process flows, BRDs, user stories, UAT plans, and release notes.
  • Manage backlog prioritization, sprint coordination, and ongoing delivery cadence.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years working in a hybrid Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including declarative configuration.
  • Experience writing user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience building flows (record-triggered, screen flows, subflows).
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting data and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or similar go‑to‑market teams.
  • Solid English communication skills; Serbian fluency required for local coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder certification(s).
  • Experience supporting reporting, forecasting, and pipeline KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Marketing Automation platforms, or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with data quality tools (e.g., DemandTools, Cloudingo).
