About the team:

FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced Salesforce Administrator to our growing team. Our Salesforce environments support critical client operations and ongoing transformation initiatives. The role of the Salesforce Admin is to configure and optimize the platform, support day‑to‑day operations, implement new changes, and troubleshoot production issues that require deeper analysis and timely resolution.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered Configure, customize, test, implement, and support Salesforce applications, delivering on time and within scope.

  •  Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with FIS standards.

  • Provide Salesforce administration and technical support within defined projects, ensuring stability and performance across environments.

  •  Develop and maintain configuration logic (flows, validation rules, permissions), automations, and enhancements for new and existing functionality.

  •  Troubleshoot, debug, document, and resolve production issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

  • Assist the design, development, and maintenance of the Client’s Salesforce and RPA applications, ensuring cohesive automation across platforms.

What you bring:

  •  Overall experience of 4–6 years

  •  4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience

  •  Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Permissions, Layouts, and Automation

  • Experience working with Salesforce data tools and release management processes

  •  Exposure to or understanding of RPA tools or automation frameworks is a plus

  •   Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills

  •  Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
