Job Description

The Associate, Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating and delivering targeted training to enhance client-specific knowledge and skills, focusing on sales processes and systems. This position collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to develop and implement responsive programs that support business needs, promote efficiency, and increase productivity. He/She/They work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.

• Ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and training to enhance job-specific knowledge and skills

• Provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to support achievement of operating plan targets and high customer satisfaction

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training programs that enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills

• Analyze data and performance trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for specific territories

• Oversee and measure the delivery and quality of provided training to ensure effectiveness

• Track the effectiveness of training interventions through various assessment tools to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems for a superior customer experience

• Maintain high levels of communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships

Candidate Profile:

• Subject matter expert and proven leader within peer group.

• Sales Training background.

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred

• Proven ability to prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate project management skills

• Ability to communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience

• Strong technical skills in MSOffice

• Detail-oriented and proficient communication skills 

• German language fluency is a plus

Requirements:

• 6 months in company with proven previous experience in targeted role OR 9 month in company

• KPI Performance above Teams Average in the last 6 months

• No disciplinary actions for the last 6 months
