The Sales Operations department is looking for a Sales Technology Productivity Analyst to join their team in Eden Prairie!
Position Summary:
The Sales Technology Productivity Analyst is a high-impact role dedicated to one goal: giving time back to our sales team. This position focuses on reducing "friction" by optimizing the Salesforce User Experience (UX) and building a seamless, Slack-based help ecosystem. You will act as the bridge documenting complex business processes and intuitive technology, ensuring our Sales Reps spend less time navigating software and more time engaging with customers. Your success is measured by documenting ideas and concepts, the reduction of administrative "noise" and the speed at which a rep can find the information they need to close a deal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete and present a capstone project related to department business needs. This will include research, analysis, and presenting the overall findings and suggestions to peers and Cambria Leaders.
Salesforce UX Optimization: Audit and redesign Salesforce Page Layouts, Dynamic Forms, and "Paths" to ensure reps see only high-priority, context-specific information.
Slack Self-Service Ecosystem: Build and maintain an AI-powered "Self-Service" knowledge base within Slack.
Workflow Automation: Utilize Slack Workflow Builder and Salesforce Lightning Actions to automate routine cross-departmental hand-offs.
Documentation & Enablement: Create "Quick Start" visual guides for new tech rollouts to ensure high adoption and minimal confusion.
Qualifications & Skills:
UX Mindset: A deep-seated passion for User Experience (UX) and a natural instinct for making software intuitive and user-friendly.
Process Obsession: A "process-oriented" mindset with a proven ability to map out a workflow and identify the fastest, most logical path from Point A to Point B.
Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose why a process is "clunky" and propose a technical solution that balances business needs with ease of use.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interview high-performing sales reps and translate their frustrations into technical requirements.
Minimalist Design Philosophy: Ability to resist "feature creep" and maintain a clean, high-performance CRM environment.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot priorities based on the immediate needs of the sales cycle.
Collaborative Spirit: Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, and Legal to bridge communication gaps via automation.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, User Experience Design, or a related field.
Experience: Previous internship experience in Sales Operations, Enablement, or Business Analyst role where technology adoption was a primary focus. Equivalent professional experience in Sales Operations or CRM Administration will also be considered.
Systems: Google Suites or Excel for V or X-Look Up Creation. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com to track optimization requests.
Stand Out Applicants Could Possess:
Salesforce Certified Associate Certificate
Salesforce Trailhead Badges in applicable areas such as understanding how Page Layouts, Lightning App Builder, and Path Applications work.
Slack: Advanced knowledge of Slack functionality, including Workflow Builder, app integrations, and channel management.
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel locally (Eden Prairie, Le Sueur, and Belle Plaine)
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally / sparingly (office supplies, packages, samples). May need to bend, reach, walk, or stoop occasionally. Prolonged periods sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Program Dates: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026; M-F; 40 hour work week
