Purpose of the position
The Sales Technologies Manager at Pernod Ricard Turkey will lead the digital transformation of our sales organization, ensuring that technological solutions effectively support sales operations and enhance Route to Market excellence.
Main responsibilities and tasks
Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the sales organization.
Enhance Route to Market (RTM) execution through technology.
Facilitate effective change management within the sales organization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field.
Experience: Total years of experience 8-10 years with at least 5 years in management role in FMCG, sales operations, or sales technology roles.
