Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to manage and develop a team of Desk based Client Managers focused on the legal and tax sectors. This role is critical in driving growth across our existing client base, coaching and developing the team to identify and secure upsell and new business opportunities, and effective collaboration between marketing, customer success, and product teams.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong grasp of sales enablement and performance coaching with a deep understanding of how to engage professional audiences such as law firms, in-house legal teams, and tax advisors.
