As a Sales Support Trainee, you will support the Sales Development & Support team in monitoring retail network performance and ensuring the smooth execution of operational and reporting activities. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, you will contribute to the preparation of sales reports, data analysis, and operational communications to the retail network.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within the gaming and betting industry, developing analytical and organizational skills while supporting the growth and efficiency of our retail network.
What you’ll do:
Support the preparation of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) on sales results and retail network performance.
Assist in collecting and organizing data related to sales volumes, store performance, and product results.
Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the retail network.
Support the preparation of presentations and materials for internal stakeholders and management.
Assist the team in analyzing feedback from points of sale and identifying operational improvement opportunities.
Help coordinate operational communications to the retail network and sales force.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to support ongoing commercial and operational initiatives.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Sales Development & Support team.
Monitor and support the optimization of network technology performance across the retail network.
Monitor the rollout of new openings across the retail network.
What you’ll bring:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Strong analytical mindset and interest in sales performance and retail dynamics.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
