Our Sales Support team prioritizes our customers' needs and our employees' success. The Sales Support Representative role is critical to our organization. You will partner with Account Managers across your territory/segment. You will support opportunity development and quoting in OEMs, systems integrators, and industry accounts. You will help customers solve automation challenges with Rockwell Automation technology. This is a high-collaboration role where priorities shift daily, and you will build both commercial and technical capability while working for an ethical, award-winning company recognized for innovation.

You will report to the Sales Support Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary daily support for Account Managers by coordinating internal resources and responding to customer needs to deliver customer experience.

· Own main sales-support workflows (e.g., quote support, issue resolution, and internal coordination) to help accelerate cycle time and improve responsiveness.

· Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, customer care, supply chain, product specialists) to remove blockers, agree on next steps, and keep opportunities moving.

· Support customer buying decisions by providing accurate product/solution information and clear commercial inputs that strengthen recurring business and offers.

· Share best practices across a global, multicultural Sales Support community to improve ways of working.

The Essentials – You Will Have

· Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (completed or in progress).

· Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using SAP or CRM tools as an end-user; intermediate to advanced English (read/write/speak) for daily business communication.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

· 1+ years of experience in a sales, sales-support, or customer-facing commercial environment

· B2B sales or sales-support experience.

· Exposure to industrial automation and related products/services.

· Demonstrated ownership, influence, and critical-thinking skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively through digital collaboration and social platforms to support sales engagement.

· Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
