Are you passionate about contributing to the well-being of the Medicare population? Would you like to provide support to an active and fast-paced team of sales professionals? If so, the Sales Support Representative provides effective sales administrative support to assist the team with bringing new members on board and retaining the customers we serve.

In this role you will support Senior Managers of Medicare Sales, a Director and Career Medicare Sales Representatives.

Decisions require good time management to prioritize requests, the ability to work efficiently, strong organization and the ability to create processes to complete administrative tasks and projects.  This role requires an independent thinker who can rely upon their own judgment to meet work deadlines. This role works in collaboration with other teams and departments and will require someone who is reliable and follows through.  

Some responsibilities include:

  • Assisting both members and agents who contact the office. This assistance may include, but is not limited to, addressing customer service needs, answering inquiries, taking messages, planning and promoting on-site events, managing event RSVPs
  • Daily office duties such as receiving and sending mail through USPS and other delivery services, scheduling and support of office vendors and maintenance
  • Support Sales Representative onboarding and training
  • Management and support of regional expenses
  • Order supplies and marketing materials, keep track of inventory, stock and maintain an organized supply area with current materials
  • Perform sales reporting duties, creating and maintaining reports and information in various databases
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines as well as CMS guidelines
  • Coordinating and supporting team meetings and events
  • General administrative duties

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience with technology, including advanced use of laptops, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and an understanding of CRM tools and other sales or marketing resources, is required
  • Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs. – position requires organizing, loading and unloading products and Medicare materials
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills
  • Must be Self-directed and a genuine Team Player
  • This is a remote role; however, you may be expected to be present at offices, storage locations, and meetings within the Region (Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina) as needed to provide support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance

Additional Information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$44,900 - $60,200 per year
