Sales Support Lead

JOB SUMMARY:                

The Sales Support Lead will serve as a mentor for Sales Support team. This role will track recruitment success and make necessary recommendations to maximize production potential. The position will be responsible for ensuring that Sales Support team have all the resources they need to increase RTS and Production for HIS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Conduct advanced qualification conversations to assess agents’ experience and production potential
  • Ensure Sales Support team has all the tools they need to guide agents to sell by coordinating training and resources
  • Monitor the transition from recruited lead to 'Ready to Sell' (RTS) status, identifying and removing bottlenecks in the agent onboarding pipeline to drive continuous production.
  • Serve as a mentor and escalation point for Sales Support Specialist
  • Review recruiting pipelines and activation metrics
  • Help establish and refine processes, scripts and workflows.
  • Analyze recruiting performance and recommend improvements

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing, screening and recruiting independent health agents for Sales Support Specialist pipeline
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to track development of department.
  • Collaborate with the Licensing and Contracting department on an as-needed basis to ensure a seamless handoff of recruited agents and to maintain organizational alignment on production goals

EDUCATION:                     

Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:                   

At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

MEN. & PHYS. QUALS: 

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.  Ability to hear and communicate by phone and in person.  Quick learner. Clear, pleasant voice.  Sufficient hand/eye coordination to operate office machines including computers.

SPECIAL SKILLS:             

Proficiency CRM System.  Excellent written and verbal skills.  Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
