Sales Support Intership

Job Description:

The internship will be integrated into the Sales and Business Development Department, the area responsible for analyzing strategic opportunities, identifying new growth lines, and supporting the positioning of technological solutions in the Iberian market (Spain and Portugal). The team combines technological vision with a strategic-commercial focus within a highly innovative environment.

🎯 Training Objectives

The intern will develop competencies in strategic commercial management applied to the critical communications sector. During the training period, the student will be able to:

  • Learn to conduct market research and analysis in technological environments.

  • Understand how commercial information is structured and analyzed for strategic decision-making.

  • Participate in the preparation of strategic business development initiatives.

  • Become familiar with the formative use of CRM tools for tracking opportunities.

  • Learn forecasting methodologies and the preparation of commercial reports.

  • Analyze public programs, tenders, and strategic government initiatives.

  • Identify technological trends and needs across different business segments (transport, industry, etc.).

  • Develop skills in creating commercial presentations and strategic documentation.

  • Observe and understand the dynamics of participating in sector events, trade fairs, and institutional forums.

  • Enhance analytical, organizational, and collaborative teamwork skills.

All activities will be carried out under supervision and for exclusively educational purposes, ensuring that core staff functions are not substituted.

👩‍🏫 Mentoring and Follow-up

The trainee will be provided with:

  • Specialized tutoring within the Sales and Business Development area.

  • An initial learning plan with specific training objectives.

  • Regular follow-up meetings to assess competency development.

  • Continuous feedback oriented toward professional and academic growth.

This support ensures compliance with the academic nature of the internship in accordance with Royal Decree 592/2014 and Royal Decree 822/2021.

🎓 Candidate Profile

Compatible Degrees:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial, Information Systems, or similar).

  • Master’s in Business Management, MBA, or equivalent training (postgraduate profiles highly valued).

Valued Competencies and Knowledge:

  • Technological interest in telecommunications, 4G/5G, and information systems.

  • Basic financial knowledge (P&L, cash flow, cost and pricing structures).

  • High capacity for analysis and synthesis.

  • Organization and information structuring skills.

  • Teamwork skills.

Languages:

  • English: B2/C1 level with oral and written fluency (valued for the company's international environment).
