About the Role

As a Sales Support Executive, (For Korea/Taiwan, China market)

You play a key role in supporting Low-Touch (LT) deal execution by acting as a primary liaison between customers, the Chennai Operations team, and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and high-quality customer support in local language throughout the deal and post-sales process.

You will coordinate closely with Operations to ensure accurate and timely execution. Your role is critical in bridging operational gaps, enhancing customer experience, and enabling Account Support to focus on High-Touch (HT) deal management.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer & Operations Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between customers and the Chennai Operations team for LT deals, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.

  • Quotation & Contract Support, Support the end-to-end customer communication process by:
    1) Sending quotations to customers
    2) Following up on approvals and responses
    3) Delivering contracts and handling related customer queries

  • Invoice & Post-Sales Support: Manage customer communication after invoicing, including:
    1) Responding to invoice-related inquiries
    2) Coordinating invoice corrections after completion
    3) Supporting proof of payment requests (e.g., remittance confirmation)

  • Contract Review & Redlining: Assist with redlining and documentation for active contested renewals and new business opportunities.

  • Language Support(Korean):
    1) Responding to customer inquiries
    2) Preparing and sending official documents (e.g., formal letters)
    3) Ensuring clarity and accuracy in all customer-facing communication.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Account Support, Operations (Chennai), Finance, and CR&R to ensure smooth handling of customer requests and issue resolution.

  • Regional Documentation: Maintain and update documentation of regional-specific processes and requirements to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

To be successful, you’ll bring with you:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or a similar administrative role.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders across regions.

    • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution.

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

    • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure timely execution

    • Basic understanding of contract and sales processes (no direct ownership required)

    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)

    • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and accountability.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a global or regional sales support environment.

    • Exposure to invoicing processes, purchase order workflows, and customer query handling.

    • Proficiency in Korean (required) and English (business level); additional languages are a plus.
