Scope of Position
The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures that sales processes run efficiently, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and internal coordination is maintained across departments.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This position reports to Director of AERCO Sales. This role is onsite and is based in Blauvelt, NY.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative support to the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers, including complex travel coordination, calendar management, and adherence to business courtesies and compliance guidelines.
Perform monthly sales forecast reviews with Regional Sales Managers to determine projected product volumes for the upcoming 90-day period.
Manage all pre-authorizations for business courtesies for guests visiting Watts.
Coordinate and support internal meetings, including preparation of presentation materials, scheduling, logistics management, and follow‑up on action items.
Partner with Finance to manage and reconcile expenses, validate receipts, and ensure accurate and timely submission of travel, accommodation, and event-related expense reports.
Manage end‑to‑end logistics for Fly‑Buy client visits, including travel, transportation, hotel accommodations, catering, hospitality arrangements, and development of customized agendas.
Conduct inventory audits on all marketing material for sales and work to keep ample stock of all material for tradeshows and in factory events.
Coordinate sales events including shipments of equipment and marketing material to and from sales events.
Conduct consultation calls with customers to understand visit objectives and tailor the experience to their specific business needs.
Serve as the on‑site liaison during client visits to ensure a seamless, professional, and customer‑centric experience.
Support the onboarding of new sales team members by preparing tools, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring timely access to systems, platforms, and resources.
Recommend new customer engagement tactics, marketing assets, and event strategies to enhance brand perception, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
Provide coverage for the front desk as needed, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and managing general inquiries to support smooth daily office operations.
· Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Director, AERCO Sales or Company management.

Required Qualifications
· High School diploma; relevant work experience.
· 2 years’ experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or Administrative roles.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
· Ability to work independently while supporting a high-performing team.
· Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including drug- screen, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Blauvelt, New York location (Monday – Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

The expected salary range for this position is $25.10- $28.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
