The Opportunity:
Supports, implements, and maintains the Contract Management Lifecycle, territory alignment, sales crediting, and reporting processes at both local and global levels. Requires both a technically-oriented and customer-focused individual who will deliver exceptional service and support to business users. Provides expertise consultation and is always mindful of technology, business processes, and system implications. Effectively manages ambiguity, identifies and resolves root cause of issues, and grasps complex processes. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and adjust rapidly to new priorities. Success in this position requires a commercial mindset and knowledge of the sales & contracting cycle.
Responsibilities include operationally maintaining and supporting the systems and its data; ensuring all tool updates and releases are implemented by utilizing appropriate processes to achieve business results. Support business users through resolution of inquiries and reported issues of pricing and contracting systems. Collaborate with IT as needed to resolve system issues and communicate impact to stakeholders. Monitor and review data quality, and perform data cleansing and auditing. Support training programs and strategies to include training material instruction and presentation of new information and materials to business teams, as appropriate.

Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree
5 Years of data management or CRM experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with contracting & pricing processes, systems & databases, e.g., SAP, GDC, Agiloft, Tableau, SFDC, Alteryx
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope
Ability to work independently and with teams that may include senior management
Strong expertise in the area of quality management, processes and continuous process improvement and process innovation techniques
Experience presenting information to diverse audiences including senior leadership

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $81,300-$151,1000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
