The Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Support Associate to support the sales team while actively contributing to revenue generation. This role goes beyond administrative support and requires strong selling skills, opportunity management, and the ability to influence prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable engaging with clients to identify needs, overcome objections, and drive deals toward closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and commercial presentations.
- Proactively follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through calls and emails.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist in negotiations and help move deals toward closing.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline information.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, commercial support, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience supporting B2B sales processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and pipeline management.
