Position Overview
The Sales Support Analyst for North Spanish LATAM provides critical operational and administrative support to the CP and NM Sales organization, enabling Sales Representatives and Sales Management to focus on core commercial activities.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring accurate execution of commercial processes, and acting as a key liaison between Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality. The position supports business execution across Colombia, Central America, Caribbean, and Venezuela, contributing to improved productivity, faster deal execution, and enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely processing and resolution of operational issues
Coordinate with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to support order execution and fulfillment
Maintain and update price lists and commercial data in SAP in alignment with approved policies
Support customer creation and maintenance in SAP, including master data, credit conditions, and required documentation
Monitor accounts receivable status and identify potential risks of blocked accounts
Escalate receivables and credit-related issues to Finance and Sales Management to prevent order delays
Act as the Sales point of contact for quality complaints, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with Quality and Operations teams
Serve as the link between Sales and Commercial Operations for CP and NM business across North Spanish LATAM
Track and consolidate operational and commercial information related to orders, backlog, and business execution
Support Sales Manager and Sales team with internal reports, trackers, and business summaries
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across commercial systems and tools
Support operational and administrative initiatives aimed at improving sales execution efficiency
Provide support to Customer Service activities
Skills and Experience
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, is desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in multinational environments and/or medical devices industry is desirable
Experience supporting regional or multi-country sales organizations is a plus
Spanish: Native or fluent
English: Advanced
Portuguese: Desirable
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Commercial), or related fields
