1、负责所辖区域二级或三级等经销商市场的开发、维护与管理,包括品牌渗透、销售渠道归拢、经销商管理、BMM管理、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈、招标、物价等政府信息的收集与反馈。
2、按照公司总体商业销售政策,制定及贯彻实施本地区商业销售策略,有效管理区域内的经销商,包括:库存管理中安全库存的制定和订单的管理;价格体系的管理;区域销售(流向)的管理;经销商服务能力的监控与管理;商业政策及经营策略理念沟通;人员的培训与管理;资源与费用的管理;定期业务回顾和计划;向区域内客户提供优质的售后服务;数据收集与分析;与经销商合作,共同管理广阔医学市场渠道(入药/复购/教育等),提高可控终端比例。
3、建立客户挡案。准确了解经销商策略性需求、人员组织架构、ROI、各公司在经销商的销售份额。
4、保持与一级和二级经销商管理人员的密切沟通,及时反馈市场信息。
5、负责招标资料的前期收集汇报,为公司产品在该省份的招标工作做好相关准备中标后,根据政府的文件,积极主动完成二次议价(如需),推动经销商确保在收到提单后进行入药工作,并确保跟标医疗机构销售公司中标产品。
6、其它主管指派的项目性或临时工作。
任职要求
1、大专或以上学历,3-5年以上的医药商业、BMM销售经验,外资工作经验优先 2、了解商业、BMM操作的相关法律和法规;
3、熟悉经销商管理、广阔市场开发、招标支持及销售数据分析,具备独立制定区域策略能力
4、基本销售技能,良好的组织协调、人际沟通能力,客户关系管理能力
5、较强的独立开展工作的能力,良好的逻辑思维,分析、计划、执行能力
