Your role at Clorox:

Responsible for managing and executing the customer business plan with club channel in China. This role will support club channel core business and NPD plan to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. The role works cross-functionally to deliver against the plan and is responsible for successful execution with the customer.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities :

1. Club Channel Customer Management (Walmart & Costco Focus) - 65%

  • Develop strategic business plans collaboratively with customers to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
  • Lead new product listings and introductions within the club channel.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, leveraging planning tools to influence and align internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand and identify business trends.
  • Oversee daily operations including order management, customized activity planning, and budget control.

2. AMPS Execution & Clorox Sales Strategy Implementation - 15%

  • Execute Clorox AMPS standards at store level to achieve excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Adapt and implement club channel strategies to align with customer goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market dynamics to uncover opportunities and develop actionable plans.

3. Club Channel Project Support - 20%

  • Provide daily internal support for club channel initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Responsible for club channel customized activity execution.
     

What we look for:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 5 years sales experience in multinational FMCG company, preferably in KA (club channel) management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently to run a project and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
