About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role
The Sales Strategy team is a vital strategic partner, supporting the sales leadership team as a trusted advisor focused on strategic planning, sales optimization, and business operational support. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, employee success, marketing, recruiting and operations.

This is a high-impact position with evolving priorities. You will be empowered to think strategically, design focused execution plans, and guide those plans to fruition. Your projects will range from high-level strategy to vital operations, focusing on areas such as Go-To-Market planning, playbooks, territory alignment, data quality, market segmentation, and business performance reviews.

We are looking for passionate candidates who possess a deep curiosity, an agile mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively while managing multiple priorities.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead and collaborate on the design and implementation of the Go-To-Market plan during the annual sales strategy cycle (with a focus on the A&C organization). This includes partner segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, and quota setting.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Define key performance metrics and targets. Build reports and dashboards to derive actionable insights into business health, identify areas for growth, and present strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (e.g., customer segmentation, sales participation, propensity to buy, white space).
  • Operational Excellence: Guide forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across business units, and coordinate weekly forecast calls to track sales pursuits.
  • Executive Storytelling: Create compelling executive-level presentations for local and global leadership reviews, and organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively troubleshoot operational issues as they surface, proposing systemic and process changes to address root causes.

What You’ll Bring (Required):

  • Strategic Background: Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic business operations—ideally within an online/startup, SaaS, or sales/business development environment.
  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and German.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on achieving shared goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: An open, communicative approach with a clear desire to learn, grow, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
