This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

In this position as Sales Strategy & Planning Specialist you

  • Are responsible for Sales Strategy & Planning (SSP) for Services for the CE Geo (starting focus A&PS).
  • Drive the SSP core processes in the geo and with the countries for A&PS and overall Services: Flash, Long Term Planning and Readiness.
  • Lead complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and identify recommendations and insights – presented on Geo and worldwide level.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for sales management enablement.
  • Analyse and communicate pipeline data.
  • Partner with business leaders across the CE Geo to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
  • Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

  • Advanced university degree or equivalent.
  • Typically, 3-5 years’ work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
  • Experience in executive communication on Geo and ww level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Good knowledge of services processes, knowledge of A&PS processes helpful.
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Excel, Access, PowerBI, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.
