Sales Analysis, KPI Proposals and Market research
Collect, structure, and analyze KPIs from relevant systems (e.g. SFA, finance reports, market data) and convert them into actionable insights for the European Sales Leadership and Teams
Regular monitoring and review of data maintained in SFA system
Help identify trends, risks, and opportunities and link them directly to Sales strategy, segment priorities, and regional objectives
Prepare regular “insight packs” summarizing key data-driven findings and contribute to recommend next steps
Own to coordination and gather inputs from cross-functional contributors, ensure deadlines are met, consolidate materials, and provide structured summaries
Help with market surveys, market research and respective analysis, verify market information provided and help build sufficient data base to underline decision making
Support regional projects such as growth programs, pipeline reviews, customer segmentation work, or new digital processes
Presentation Development & Content Creation for meetings & visit
Design and build high-quality PowerPoint presentations including storylines, strategic messages, visuals, and executive summaries for: Regional Sales Leader, CEO/Chairman visits, Business Reviews, Strategy Updates
Draft clear internal communication materials (e.g., strategy briefs, initiative updates) for Sales Team and ensure concise, accurate messaging that align with data
Create briefing documents, customer/segment snapshots, fact sheets, and Q&A packages for visits in alignment with the Regional GM& Head of Sales Europe
Ensure content consistency across countries, segments, and contributors when consolidating information
Maintain a repository of strategic materials, lessons learned, and reusable templates
Digital Tools, Reporting Automation & Knowledge Management
Develop or enhance dashboards, templates, and reporting formats to increase transparency and consistency
Utilize AI and digital tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and improve content quality
Maintain and organize regional SharePoint sites and ensure relevant documents are easily accessible and up to date
Understand performance on e-Commerce platforms, Momentive’s visibility, analyze SEO data and propose respective changes accordingly
The following are required for the role
Bachelor degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, Data/Analytics, or relevant field
multi-annual years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Business Analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data (Excel, SFA/Salesforce reports, KPI dashboards) and draw clear conclusions and drive actions
Strong skills in PowerPoint and storytelling for executive audiences
Experience in supporting leadership teams or senior stakeholders with strong stakeholder management and a collaborative mindset
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/SFA), Power BI or other analytics tools
Exposure to sales processes, commercial strategy, or project work in a multinational environment
Ability to work independently, manage multiple inputs, and produce high‑quality output on time
Embrace to work cross-culturally and had exposure to interact in an international environment e.g. working experience, study abroad etc.
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and strong intercultural competence
Excellent communication and presentation skills with confident demeanor
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), good German skills
Strong knowledge of the M365 suite, Excel, PPT, Word etc., familiarity with SharePoint, knowledge management, and digital automation tools (incl. AI), strong IT affinity and curiosity for new software enhancements
The following are preferred for the role
Experienced with chemical or a manufacturing industry
Italian, French or another European language are a plus
Project Management certification
