Job Summary: This position is located at National Security Agency (NSA) Civilian Welfare Fund (CWF) Restaurants Gift Shop at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Major Duties:

  • Provides exemplary customer service to include greeting, professional appearance, positive attitude, and approaching the customer, suggestive selling and adding on.
  • Receives special order requests from authorized patrons and assists customers if needed. Assists customers locating merchandise throughout the retail stores. Assists customers locating merchandise throughout the retail stores.
  • Incumbents will work issue stations, check-out and process customers through sales store terminals as required. Completes retail reports and submits to management.
  • Stocks and maintains the sales floor according to daily sales plan. Stays current with merchandise assortment. Assists management with pricing when needed.
  • Maintains housekeeping standards such as dusting, vacuuming, and taking out trash. Provides on the job training to new sales store clerks as needed.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Knowledge of a point-of-sale system is required to service patrons on a timely basis and to maintain correct inventory.
