We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about improving patients’ quality of life through the latest medical technologies and products. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to gain comprehensive development in sales, marketing, application, and technical knowledge.
What you’ll be doing?
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and customer en-gagement.
Support product demonstrations, in-servicing, and user trainings in coordination with clinical/application specialists.
Prepare quotations and follow up on tenders, purchase orders, and contracting documentation in line with internal processes.
Develop account plans for assigned customers; support retention and growth via regular visits and struc-tured follow-ups.
Assist with product launches, workshops, conferences, and local marketing activities.
Monitor market and competitor activity; share insights and customer feedback with the team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, regulatory, and company policies (e.g., documentation, traceability, and ethical interactions).
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor degree or above in Science, Medical, Nursing, Engineering or Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
0–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or clinical support experience (medical device exposure is an avantage but not mandatory).
Experience in communicating with hospitals/clinics, operation theatre environments, or working with procurement/tenders.
Knowledge of the local healthcare market, reimbursement landscape, or hospital purchasing processes.
Prior success in a structured sales process (pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning).
Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with optical systems and electronics is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
