With increasing complexity in the grid, our transformers are also increasingly used for improving power quality and network management. We introduced our TXpert™ Ecosystem launching the next level for digitalization of transformers.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the Hub sales strategy in alignment with global objectives with set sales targets, monitor performance, and cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve sustainable growth. He/She will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will develop and execute the HUB sales strategy and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with global objectives while collaborating with marketing and product development teams.

  • You will conduct comprehensive market analysis to deeply understand customer behavior, strategies, and preferences, as well as strengths and weaknesses of competitors, use insights gained to define the pricing strategy for each opportunity in coordination with supply chain and team ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market conditions.

  • You will set and oversee sales targets, implementing improvement plans as necessary to drive performance and achieve results, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing insightful reports and presentations for senior management that highlight achievements, challenges, and market trends.

  • You will identify growth opportunities within existing and potential customers, allocate resources effectively, and manage the receipt and distribution of requests for quotations, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with customers, achieve sales volume and product mix targets by establishing optimal pricing and margins, participating in key contract negotiations, and managing costs efficiently.

  • You will monitor customer financial health and identify potential risks related to contracts, ensuring timely reporting to internal teams, preparing and submitting technical and commercial offers, ensuring approval processes aligned with risk management protocols and organizational guidelines.

  • You will negotiate contracts and purchase orders with customers, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to finalize agreements, own the sales process and oversee relevant training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. You will manage the transition of contracts to project management, ensuring release of bid bonds and updating Salesforce with relevant order and competitive intelligence.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or business development in the energy industry. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in executing impactful sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote long-term growth.

  • Advanced proficiency in coordinating and managing multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
