We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven experience in the sales support environment in betting & gaming companies. 
  • Has basic understanding of customer journeys & conversion processes.
  • Ability to work with performance metrics & reporting tools.
  • Demonstrates a good team spirit;
  • Has excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of customer journey flows and conversion funnels.
  • Has fluency in Greek & a very good level in English.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support daily coordination of external service provider with internal Sales team.
  • Assist in preparing workflows & customer contact guidelines for the external service provider.
  • Provide clear & actionable feedback to Sales Team leaders. 
  • Track quality metrics and maintain operational dashboards.
  • Identify friction points and escalate improvement opportunities 
  • Monitor customer contact quality via external service provider & customer feedback.
