About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Centralised Sales team, supporting customers and driving Sales activities across the full customer lifecycle. This is a crucial position as part of a newly formed team, focused on phone based sales.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start‑up‑style team within an established global organisation, where your contribution will help shape how centralised sales operates. This role is suited to someone with a commercial mindset who enjoys structured sales and delivering high quality customer communication in a digital first setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and account activities for customers
Prepare, negotiate, and manage service contracts
Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Maintain accurate customer and contract data
Work to clearly defined KPIs
What you bring:
Experience in sales and/or account management
Strong verbal communication and confident phone manner
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
A goal‑oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Collaborative team player
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
