You will report to: Sales director Bulgaria
You will be creating and maintaining network of dealers in your area to ensure strong distribution channels for general building insulation (GBI) and external walls insulation (EWI) segment.

This is the role:
Planning and organizing all distribution sales activities for assigned area for GBI and EWI segments
Maintain and extend distribution network to provide the strong market position
Negotiate sales contracts with distributors explaining them sales policy, supply chain procedures and risk management policy, providing them regular service, technical and commercial support
Work with architects, specifiers, owners, contractors; visiting and presentation of our solutions, promoting new products and systems
Ensure that customers are following the financial terms of the contract payment terms and credit limit, following their payment behaviour and securing payment on due time
Contributing to marketing planning and proposing marketing actions
Establishing professional relationships with other producers and distributors of products that are part of ROCKWOOL systems
Organizing seminars and other events, participating in fairs supporting customers
Provide customers the latest information about the legislation and regulation in construction.
Provide ongoing market analysis, identify market opportunities
Gather market intelligence both on overall market development as well as on competitor’s development to secure solid foundations for decision making;
Making of weekly and monthly estimation, forecasting and sales budget, reporting
This is who you are
Knowledge of the construction market
3 + years’ sales experience in sales in construction business
independent, good planning and organizing skills, ability to build networking, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Integrity, result orientation and ability to work in a team
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Bulgarian
