Job Summary:
As a Sales Specialist at HITACHI ENERGY L.L.C, you will be responsible for driving sales of our energy solutions and products, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth and market share of the company within your assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives for Hitachi Energy products and services.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of potential customers.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent service.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the customer and Hitachi Energy.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience and integrated solutions.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
* Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Hitachi Energy's offerings and network with potential customers.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 0-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the energy industry, including power generation, transmission, distribution, or related technologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
* Proven negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
