Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in academia (e.g., clinicians, professors) and industry (e.g., pharma, biotech).
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great execution of sales strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of the scientific research environment and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team.
- Willingness to travel within Norway and as required.
- Proficiency in English (required) and Norwegian (strongly preferred).
- Willing to travel over 5% of the time (minimum 3 days/week).
