We are seeking a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team at Accelleron Industries. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales activities within your assigned region. Your role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities:

  • Get to know our product portfolio, stay updated on new products, and develop the skills to present them to our clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts: Achieve long-term success by nurturing existing client relationships. In addition, focus on adding new clients to the portfolio

  • Generate new business: Utilize existing and potential customer networks to drive sales.

  • Develop positive relationships with clients: Be the point of contact for their individual needs.

  • Focus on developing long-term contracts.

  • Resolve conflicts: Provide timely solutions to customer issues.

  • Report on account status: Track sales metrics and performance.

  • Set and track sales targets: Align with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales performance: Evaluate monthly and quarterly results and annual forecasts.

  • Keep all sales tools updated

  • Marketing: Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.

  • New Market Opportunities: Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.


Your background:

  • Proven work experience: In a professional, quota-carrying, sales environment

  • Hands-on sales experience: Deliver excellent customer service.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills: Effective project delivery and timely responses.

  • Business acumen: Problem-solving attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience: In Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a relevant field

  • Required English skill (written and spoken) and desired Portuguese.
