Position Summary
You will join a driven sales team focused on solid tumor medicines for the northern region of Taiwan. You will build strong, trusted relationships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams, and hospital decision makers. You will turn insight into clear plans that grow access and improve patient care. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a focus on measurable results. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and execute territory business plans targeted at specialists, hospitals and allied health professionals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital clinicians and influencers to improve patient access.
- Deliver clear scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals and respond to their needs.
- Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs and key account teams to implement local initiatives.
- Use market and performance data to identify opportunities and report actionable plans to your manager.
- Manage territory activities, budgets and CRM records to meet commercial and compliance standards.

Why You?
We want people who are practical, collaborative and focused on patient impact. This role is on-site in northern Taiwan with regular travel across the territory to meet customers and join team activities.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience working with hospital specialists.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Fluent in Mandarin and conversational English. Local language skills and cultural knowledge of Taiwan required.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform decisions.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience working in a teaching hospital or oncology center.
- Background in oncology or related therapeutic areas.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and present findings clearly.
- Proven network of hospital contacts in northern Taiwan.
- Demonstrated ability to lead local initiatives and collaborate across functions.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing budgets and territory plans.
