Supporting a team of Commercial Insurance Specialist (CIS) we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Service Representative with excellent administration and organizational skills to process internal tasks and activities. Reporting to the company’s Sales division, the Sales Service Representative belongs to a team whom offer superior administrative care to the company’s Commercial Insurance Specialists (CIS) in areas of territory management and client administration.

The most important characteristics of our best Sales Service Representative are that they are organized, detail orientated, able to multi-task and possess exceptional attention to detail.

If you are great at:

• Customer Service & Communication
• Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Assisting your Commercial Insurance Specialist

If you have:

• Post-Secondary education (College or University)
• 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
• A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team-first mentality
