The Sales & Service Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support to the Sales and Service organizations. This role ensures accurate order processing, contract administration, coordination with internal stakeholders, and timely customer support, enabling smooth execution of sales and service activities throughout the customer lifecycle and product marketing strategy.

Sales Administration

  • Prepare, review, and process sales quotations, contracts, and order documentation in coordination with the Sales team and product specialist

  • Support sales order entry, order tracking, and revenue recognition processes in ERP/CRM systems

  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract data

  • Assist in tender documentation, bid submissions, and compliance checks

  • Coordinate with Finance, OF, and Legal to ensure smooth order execution

 

Service Administration

  • Support service contract creation, renewals, amendments, and invoicing

  • Coordinate service order processing, scheduling, and documentation with the Service team

  • Maintain service records, reports, and customer documentation

 

Others

  • RA tasks related to market access strategic planning and execution

  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Service, Finance, OF, RA) to resolve issues efficiently

  • Support customer communication related to order status, invoicing, and documentation

  • Prepare regular sales and service reports (orders, backlog, contracts, KPIs)

  • Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
