Meaningful Work From Day One
Achieve sales and distribution targets by executing brand-building activities and educating On-Trade customers. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and stakeholders to ensure optimal market positioning for Brown-Forman brands.
What You Can Expect
Drive Sales and Distribution: Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution focusing on super premium portfolios within the assigned On-Trade territory.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Execute Brand Building Activities: Implement marketing strategies, promotional activities, and product education programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Implement effective business plans with key customers to drive business growth and share gain.
Monitor market dynamics: Monitor market dynamics and report to internal stakeholders.
Optimize Supply Chain: Manage the supply chain effectively to ensure optimal stock levels, merchandising, and timely delivery.
Monitor and Report: Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends, providing timely reports and insights to management.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of proven experience in On-Trade sales, with a strong understanding of customer dynamics in this channel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets and execute strategies.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
Valid driver's license.
What Makes You Unique
Experience in wine, spirits, luxury and/or FMCG industries
Experience in international premium+ consumer brands is a plus
Great interpersonal skills interacting with customers/clients
Good business acumen
