Job Description
1. Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop new potential customers to expand market presence and achieve sales targets Provide professional technical and product recommendations based on customer needs Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
2. Customer & Distributor Relationship Management Conduct regular visits to distributors and key customers to maintain long-term, stable relationships Develop comprehensive proposals using a full product portfolio and system-based solutions
Support customers by delivering value-added products, services, and integrated solutions
3. Product Promotion & Sales Execution Responsible for product quotations, presentations, and technical demonstrations Manage inventory coordination, order placement, and delivery arrangements Handle accounts receivable follow-up and payment collection
4. Business Communication & Information Delivery Communicate key company policies, business updates, marketing activities, and new product information to customers
5. After-Sales Service & Technical Support Provide effective after-sales service and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Deliver routine maintenance and technical support services, including: Preventive inspections, On-site maintenance, Emergency support, Product delivery and equipment installation, Customer claims and other service requests...etc
6. Training & Customer Support Provide training to customers on proper chemical usage and equipment maintenance Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure safe and effective product/equipment operation
7. Internal Administration & Documentation Maintain and manage customer databases Prepare and manage sales and operational documentation
8. Background & Experience Requirements Experience in production or quality departments within food and beverage manufacturing plants is preferred Alternatively, sales experience in food and beverage industry equipment, chemicals, or related auxiliary products is highly desirable
