Job Description

In support of our ongoing growth in one of our business - Lektronix, we are looking for a Sales Representative to work from our location in Romania. The Sales Representative position is responsible for Identification new and existing customers for repair/remanufacturing service offering through onsite customer visits.

You will assesses customer assets and recommends appropriate solutions and/or new products to optimize customer efficiencies and their operations. Achieve sales objectives of revenue/job count and identification of new customers.

You will report to the Sales Manager - Lektronix and will have a hybrid schedule being based in Cluj, Romania.

Your Responsibilities - You will do:

• Initiate communication with prospects by telephone and e-mail.
• Generate and qualify new leads.
• Gather data regarding markets and industries, utilizing best technology and information resources.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Prepare reports from the CRM system and other software systems.
• Achieve preset quota for number of qualified leads sent to field monthly

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the Romania is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 50% of the time.
• A valid drivers license.
• advanced Romanian and English

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with Repairable Lektronix products
