Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, Reproductive Medicine at Ferring, you will play a critical role in educating physicians and clinicians in therapies that help individuals and families build families. Drawing on your clinical insight and fertility market understanding, you will educate healthcare professionals on Ferring’s Reproductive Medicine portfolio to drive adoption and achieve or exceed sales goals.  In this field-based role, you will own all sales activities within your assigned territory by building trusted relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and clinic teams. By combining science‑based education with authentic connection, you’ll drive adoption, deliver value to customers, while contributing to outcomes that truly matter.

Responsibilities: 

  • Promote and sell Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio to attain or exceed established sales goals.

  • Establish and maintain interactive relationships with market access team and home office staff. 

  • Establish and maintain an effective relationship with clinicians and clinic support staff, to provide education and support Ferring Reproductive Medicine portfolio.

  • Submit complete timely reports: sales, expenses, market information, competitive activity to District Manager. 

  • Maintain communication with peers, the region and corporate headquarters with respect to field opportunities and barriers, sales and marketing insights, and competitive information. 

  • Represent Ferring at Professional Conferences

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required. 

  • Previous Fertility Nursing experience strongly preferred.

  • Specialty Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge a plus.

  • Successful Sales Experience is a plus. 

  • Clinically proficient

  • Demonstrated ability to influence others. 

  • Fertility Market Understanding. 

  • Excellent communication and written skills. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills. 

  • Must live in the territory. 

  • Clear Background Check. 

Territory: New York City, Northern NJ, Westchester, CT   

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting approximately 3 – 4 hours at a time while driving or as a passenger and operating an automobile up to 60% of the time depending upon the geography of the territory.

  • Walking up to 15% of the time depending upon the geography of the territory.

  • Extensive Travel required to perform sales duties.

Our Compensation and Benefits   

At Ferring, base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $146,000, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of sales commissions - payouts are based on individual and geography/company performance. 

  

Benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 15 paid holidays per year. We are proud to offer paid parental leave subject to a minimum period of employment at Ferring.
